Digital real estate investment firm Republic Realm raises $10 million in latest funding round
This round was led by Galaxy Interactive - a subsidiary of Galaxy Digital (NYSE: $BRPHF).
Two weeks ago, Republic Realm spent nearly $1 million on a 259-parcel “estate” in Decentraland, one of the more popular blockchain-based metaverses. The estate was sold as an NFT (below), which represents their actual ownership of usable space in Decentraland.

NFT swaps coming soon
Decentralized exchanges (dexes) like Uniswap, SushiSwap, and 1Inch allow users to swap between ERC-20 tokens (tokens on the Ethereum blockchain). Soon, swapping NFTs will be just as simple. Other features of the NFT swap platforms are TBD.
